All dosing calculations are based on published guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), FDA-approved drug labeling, the Sanford Guide, and the Hopkins ABX Guide. Citations are provided for each medication within the application.
This tool displays dosing information to support — not replace — clinical judgment. The prescriber is solely responsible for verifying all dosing against the patient's clinical status, allergies, renal and hepatic function, current medications, and current guidelines before writing any prescription.

Weight entries and clinical preferences are stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage, which you can clear at any time. The only data stored remotely is your email address and subscription status.
